Ok, I've looked all around the net for a tab that's right...
but it doesn't exist. The truth is, no-one will ever be able
to play it exactly the same as Tom does. But I have read some
interviews where he says that POTS is the easiest song to play.
He goes into a bit of details and after some experimentation, 
this is how I play it.



This might be the world's first tab without a neck diagram. =)

To play this sound;
1) Take anything metallic (keys, allen wrench, whatever)
2) Scrap the area above your middle pickup on your A string.
   If you don't have a Strat, etc, scrap the area between your two pickups.
   Or if you only have one pickup, get a new guitar. =)

   Basically, you need to find the area on your guitar that,
   when scraped, sounds like F# and G.

3) Experiment til you get the feel of it.

 

Same as above, but do it on the bottom E string, 
then at the end play this:

There are other ways to play this, but this is how I play it.
