Then Riff #2 is played twice.  On the CD, and on "The Battle of 
Mexico City", Tom Morello plays the riff while keeping the whammy 
pedal or wah-wah pedal or whatever he uses in the closed position 
(his foot compressedon it the entire time) and then he goes back to 
normal for the lastchorus.  For those who don't have a whammy pedal 
(i.e., me), what I do is I play this riff normally but I pick very 
lightly at the strings so it's more quiet for the first time, and 
then when I play the riff again I build it up by picking harder and 
harder at the strings as the riff goes on, so that by the last note, 
it's as loud as it is when played normal.

Then Riff #2 is played for the last chorus 4 times (at normal).

Then Riff #3 is played twice.  This serves as the outro.
