This song is the first single off of RATM's "The Battle of Los Angeles." To play parts of 
this song, you need to have a DigiTech Whammy Pedal. But it sounds relatively close 
without it.

This is a good example of Tom Morello manipulating his equipment. First he moves in close 
to his amp to generate feedback, and plays this riff to make it sound like it's echoing. 
(This entire song is played in Standard tuning.)
